Verdure Sciences Supports Education on Botanical Adulterants
November 16th 2011 - Noblesville, Indiana – Verdure Sciences has announced financial and educational support for the new Botanical Adulterants Program led by the American Botanical Council (ABC), the American Herbal Pharmacopoeia (AHP), and the National Center for Natural Products Research (NCNPR) at the University of Mississippi.

This ongoing program aims to educate members of the herbal and dietary supplement industry about botanical ingredient and product adulteration through a series of detailed White Papers. The White Papers will serve as an authoritative source of information on botanical adulterants, with references to published analytical methods for stakeholders in the botanical industry to help detect the presence or absence of known adulterants.
